CMA Advisory operates under a judgment-led delivery model designed for sensitive matters where senior involvement, discretion and accountability are critical. These principles set out the framework that governs every engagement.

1. Senior by Design

Every engagement is led directly by Cyril Magnien. Critical thinking, investigative judgment, client interaction and final accountability always remain at senior level, from the first conversation to the final report. There are no unnecessary delivery layers or junior hand-offs.

2. AI Where Useful

AI may assist with selected support tasks such as chronology building, issue mapping, structuring working materials or drafting first analytical frameworks. It is a support layer, not a decision-maker. AI never replaces senior judgment, responsibility or trust.

3. Confidentiality Never Compromised

Sensitive raw data is not blindly exposed to external generative AI tools. Any use of AI is selective, disciplined and aligned with confidentiality, data minimisation and client constraints. Sensitive information is handled with strict protocols at all times.

4. Data Minimisation

Only the data necessary for the engagement is collected and processed. Data retention periods are kept to the minimum required. Client data is never used for training, marketing or any purpose beyond the specific engagement.

5. Independence and Integrity

Conclusions are driven by facts, not by commercial pressures. CMA Advisory operates without conflicts of interest and maintains full independence in every engagement. The integrity of findings is paramount.
