A smarter model for sensitive matters, designed to keep senior judgment at the centre of every engagement.
Sensitive matters require judgment, speed and discretion. My model is designed to deliver exactly that.
Clients do not want unnecessary delivery layers. They do not want to pay senior rates for low-value analytical mechanics. And they do not want accountability diluted across a large team.
I remain directly involved at senior level on everything that matters: scope, strategy, prioritisation, validation, conclusions and recommendations.
Where appropriate, I may use tightly governed AI-assisted workflows to accelerate selected analytical or structuring tasks. This improves responsiveness and efficiency without shifting judgment away from the senior practitioner.
Every engagement is led directly by me. Critical thinking, investigative judgment, client interaction and final accountability always remain at senior level, from the first conversation to the final report.
AI may assist with selected support tasks such as chronology building, issue mapping, structuring working materials or drafting first analytical frameworks. It is a support layer, not a decision-maker.
Sensitive raw data is not blindly exposed to external generative AI tools. Any use of AI is selective, disciplined and aligned with confidentiality, data minimisation and client constraints.
By accelerating selected low-value analytical steps, more time and attention can be devoted to what clients actually need from senior expertise.
AI may assist parts of the process. It never replaces senior judgment, responsibility or trust. The goal is not more automation, it is better allocation of expert attention.
